laundry room and pool share the same access door, so the laundry access hours don't match what's

found it very cold in the lobby & most especially in the pool room, both of which had cold air blowing at all times

pool a gym were closed due to covid restrictions, so that was a dissapointment but not the hotels fault

we were a bit early and the staff were very helpful in granting us an early check in
