hotel was amazing, the gardens and the flowers in the hotel were stunning, and the gym was great

was 2 weddings whilst we were there so the bar area was quite full on the friday night but to be fair there are other small alcoves to sit

the marketing puts a lot of emphasis on free access to wifi but we couldn't get any

welcome from staff, room revamped to a lovely standard, large family room, kids felt like they had their own room through the archway

walls are quite thin just a word of warning if families with kids are right next door when your trying to sleep

the gym and swimming pool were well-maintained and provided a great opportunity for relaxation and

we had noisy, rowdy, unsupervised kids running up and down the passage way

- the way the kids were treated especially the vik bands and the free kids meals in the restaurant

was so relaxing, rooms comfortable & well decorated, the room service was 11 out of 10 she couldn't do enough to make us feel comfortable little bars of

hotel, bar and restaurant had a great deal of character, were warm and comfortable and quite charming

we thought the hotel itself was worthy of 5 stars late check out is a real bonus.
