great wifi

room service a bit pricey for quality provided

the room was lovely; the building was magnificent and there was plenty of parking

registration was given to the the staff on arrival and yet i still received unnecessary parking fines which is wasting my time to resolve this, time is important and especially when

hotel is very well run with ample parking and a good bar

staff were extremely friendly, we had access to the pool and extra coffee and utensils were available if and when required

nice, spacious room. staff were wonderful and so helpful. gym was an added bonus

the wifi didn t reach to the end of the corridor

food at the moo restaurant was very good and car parking was easy

the only issue i had was the late check out, they requested £10 an hour which in thought wasn’t conducive to great customer

and most important all, a functioning gym with good equipment for my morning workouts

rooms were scattered throughout the hotel this didn't help with kids the keys didn't always work

menu in the hilltop bar was a bit limited, but we were able to find something we each liked for dinner

our dinner and wine in the bar were excellent. the staff were very attentive and professional.

was booked in for an evening meal but i wasn't too well so my partner ordered room service

little parking, spa outdoor jacuzzi was not working, double bed only in an exec bedroom was too small

like the location and amenities, pool, hot tub, steam room, gym

room service and maintenance leave a lot to be desired, at least on this four night visit

curtains in some of the rooms could do with a wash, the spa is in need of a refresh and a good

get a table , there were queues at all the food stations , people waiting with empty plates , the kitchen staff couldn t keep up with the demand , having accepted that we would do without bacon

great having use of the gym and swimming pool which we used both days of our stay
