location and staff are fabulous - our room overlooking the pool was lovely we would ask for it

the ice cream parlour next to reception was a win with the kids and the restaurants close by a win with the

wifi available in reception for our teenagers

they are working on upgrading all rooms and extending wifi too as it's only available in reception

i liked the hotel buffet breakfast

the pool area was to die for, catching the sun throughout the whole day, and the indoor facilities

the pool is amazing and the apartment we had was large, with two bedrooms and a nice kitchen

wifi could have been better - the toiletries provided by the hotel were sometimes only half full -

santo, it's classy & calm but still has all amenities like kids club, poolside waiter service, room service, daily cleaning

not enough sun beds at communal pool

location is great, so does the house, kitchen is fully equipped and this is something we liked a lot

villa was great although the owner could provide some more kitchen knives to make food preparations easier

the toilet roll holder was loose and the door handle for the kitchen came off in my hand

apartment was very close to the pool.

were planning on going to a nearby water park (slide 'n' splash), which was conveniently close to the property

apartments are lovely and secluded amongst the golf course, very well planted so you have privacy
