santo, it's classy & calm but still has all amenities like kids club, poolside waiter service, room service, daily cleaning

staff are so friendly and helpful good wifi great choices of pools

was nice - however, as we stayed 10 days we started notizing some things: the main issue was the wifi, it was crippling slow, impossible to use, which was very surprising for a 5star place

very comfortable option for us with free parking

location is great, so does the house, kitchen is fully equipped and this is something we liked a lot

a lot about the tourists, they are constantly reporting to security about the kids being in the pool, which is disturbing since we pay for a holiday and the kids come to play, and the elderly

at 10pm it took one hour to go to our apartment two different places bar in granacho then to another reception accessed by unlit dirt road then back to granacho bar and

towels were not smelling nice and the kitchen utensils were not very well cleaned

this is a private villa not so close to the main villa, which has it all (coffee, restaurant, golf, supermarket, atm)

we also love the breakfast especially the fresh squeezed orange juice

the breakfast was so delicious with many options

wifi coverage was only available in lobby area.

pool closed on 31st october and sky bar closes at 9pm

they are working on upgrading all rooms and extending wifi too as it's only available in reception

were planning on going to a nearby water park (slide 'n' splash), which was conveniently close to the property

nice escape from the city, quiet and relaxing - pool was gorgeous

the qr code for the guest information would not load so we couldn’t find details of the guest laundry

all the staff was very helpful, late-check-in, laundry, key for the gate to park the scooter nothing was a problem

the money that is paid for a round of golf, i would expect to play as a pair and not keep getting doubled up into a four

apartment was very room, had a very well equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace looking out over the value

allow me to come back to the property to take a shower at their public shower facilities near the pool

upon arrival it was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook with

were amazing & very friendly the staff especially dieago children entertainment was brilliant- pool football what a laugh with adults joining in my son uses a wheelchair totally disabled

cleaning as room service was ok and need some enhancements room need to be supplied with coffee machine, water

staff were not so friendly

ot cleaners they were fine, not spa staff also good)
