staff are so friendly and helpful good wifi great choices of pools

was nice - however, as we stayed 10 days we started notizing some things: the main issue was the wifi, it was crippling slow, impossible to use, which was very surprising for a 5star place

we had work things to check in on and the kids were unable to connect their devices which made things challenging

is no wifi in the rooms only in the lobby and its not great wifi-- that's my only complaint

the pool area was well kept and sunloungers were very comfortable, however this area was barely used whilst i was there

location is great, so does the house, kitchen is fully equipped and this is something we liked a lot

villa was great although the owner could provide some more kitchen knives to make food preparations easier

the toilet roll holder was loose and the door handle for the kitchen came off in my hand

apartment was very close to the pool.

were planning on going to a nearby water park (slide 'n' splash), which was conveniently close to the property

nice escape from the city, quiet and relaxing - pool was gorgeous

had an appartement with decent view (no sea at sight here) all good : bath, kitchen, tv, bed,

all the staff was very helpful, late-check-in, laundry, key for the gate to park the scooter nothing was a problem

the money that is paid for a round of golf, i would expect to play as a pair and not keep getting doubled up into a four

apartment was very room, had a very well equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace looking out over the value

side and short walk to the supermarket and walking distance from portuguese pastelaria and snack bar and walking distance from portuguese restaurant

was ok, hotel was fine, basic but fine, spa really good

provided with complimentary water and milk on arrival

you can hear voices of neighbours through the walls kids playground too small

it would be nice to add some packages of salt/pepper/oil to the kitchen as well since it's already so well equipped for cooking

the decor was simple and elegant and there was plenty of space for the kids to play

food offered during the hours of 2-6pm is really handy for lunch and you can get drinks from the bar too

swimming pool was on the small size but so nice and really comfortable outside area

everything was 10/10 - breakfast, bedroom facilities, bed comfort, customer service, cleanliness, pool area, location

adults only, quiet. breakfast was excellent.
