big free car park, gets congested close to the hotel but masses of space at the far end

late check out

there 4 x now still not got a late check out with a little talking allowed to check out 1pm instead of 12 noon

it was such a waste of money the bed was not comfy the bathrooms are the size of a laundry basket staff were rude as

we had tao rooms but was going to a festival so needed early check in

15 mins from cardiff bay where we then got the boat cruise to visit bute park

was disappointed that the free wifi seemed to think it was from abroad, or maybe had a vpn, so would not let me watch programmes

paying for parking

room service took a good while but when it did come staff were very apologetic and food was great

there was housekeeping laundry all through the halls, at 2pm i would have thought that a linen porter would have come and

were good, marina just a short walk away past the life boat station, car park can get full quickly as the hotel is open to non residents for food

only other thing was that the ev chargers had been disconnected due to technical problems, which made the trip less convenient

- great shower - ev charging in the carpark - beautiful views - lots of lovely walks close

lovely hotel enhanced by being in a great location and having ev chargers on site

staff let us park a little earlier as we wanted to have a walk and explore the area
