were good, marina just a short walk away past the life boat station, car park can get full quickly as the hotel is open to non residents for food

there were four ev charging stations out the front which is super handy

ev chargers were critical, rooms very comfortable

lovely hotel enhanced by being in a great location and having ev chargers on site

only other thing was that the ev chargers had been disconnected due to technical problems, which made the trip less convenient
