spa is really good (ask for claudia for massages), the swimming pool is very funny and the service

great food the spa is awesome

heated pool and jacuzzi with slides for children, lots of plants, green environment very calm and relaxing

bugs, even in the room took a while to connect to the wifi the private pool was at first very cold and it also

the staff was very helpful, the kids club was great too

we booked a deluxe room and they put us in a basic room. breakfast was served late

and variwd mexican breakfast, waking distance from water park and numerous dining options, nice pool

very friendly staff and the breakfast was delicious.

the wifi in our room didn't work but the one from the front desk had a low signal and was kind of slow

were parts of the pool that were broken or not fixed which could be a bit dangerous for kids

except for a couple of times where we stayed at bed and breakfasts, my sister and i have pretty much always

our room was facing the yard where the pool, jacuzzi and some tables are located but our curtains were pretty

wanted to make me pay the breakfast for kids whereas i had made the reservation on booking including the

wifi was a weak in the room, but otherwise strong throughout the hotel

atmosphere was amazing, delicious breakfast and bar, a beautiful room with a terrace, and perfect location for

location, was extremely comfy bed, amazing view, scrumptious breakfast

it was a plus to have a pool and it was at the heart of the city with lots to do around
