our room was facing the yard where the pool, jacuzzi and some tables are located but our curtains were pretty

except for a couple of times where we stayed at bed and breakfasts, my sister and i have pretty much always

were parts of the pool that were broken or not fixed which could be a bit dangerous for kids

the wifi in our room didn't work but the one from the front desk had a low signal and was kind of slow

the pool s water is ice cold and not usable unless outside temperature is above 40

there s also no internet in the rooms or the breakfast area, which is very frustrating

ignored us at breakfast and seemed mean

need to put some kind of love in the garden and in to repair the pool

is very good, breakfast was included and was lovely

great food the spa is awesome

spa is really good (ask for claudia for massages), the swimming pool is very funny and the service

the staff was very helpful, the kids club was great too
