pool is chilly and jacuzzi isn't heated

great views of the town. little off-street noise. nice terrace restaurant. good valet parking.

wifi was a weak in the room, but otherwise strong throughout the hotel

poor wifi. tiny bathroom. no english speaking channels on tv

the parking is at the bottom of a steep hill.

great food the spa is awesome

spa is really good (ask for claudia for massages), the swimming pool is very funny and the service

larger pool with slides for the kids was great

the cleanliness of the swimming pool could be improved. the food is simple and a bit tatsteless.

kids pool was cold

there s also no internet in the rooms or the breakfast area, which is very frustrating

breakfast was good excellent

we booked a deluxe room and they put us in a basic room. breakfast was served late

except for a couple of times where we stayed at bed and breakfasts, my sister and i have pretty much always

were parts of the pool that were broken or not fixed which could be a bit dangerous for kids

our room was facing the yard where the pool, jacuzzi and some tables are located but our curtains were pretty

the wifi in our room didn't work but the one from the front desk had a low signal and was kind of slow
