hotel rooms with the fireplace

great service, nice breakfast and beautiful place!

they have fireplaces in the room (good thing) but i couldn't use it because of my asma and there's no other

delicious food (dinner and breakfast)

we loved the staff in the entrance, the spa masseuse and everybody really

excellent hour time for breakfast, really early in the morning, thanks.

i was traveling with a baby and pet

the guys in the kitchen got us plates and a pan to be able to cook, they were really kind and useful

parking is completely rotten, the hotel is really cheap (decoration, furniture, facilities)

top bar played music that could be heard throughout hotel

lack of 24/7 room service. very bad internet. personal not very helpful (they did not care)

the mini bar it s extremely expensive, a bottle of water is 10x the real cost

was really frustrating to me and ruined some other good things that i found on the stay like the bar staff

main issue was that the wifi kept going away, and nobody onsite knew how to fix it

also the spa was quiet good
