not only they didn t included breakfast for a high cost but they don t have room service although they

room service for breakfast, they didn't take into account the upgrade promised on booking

lack of 24/7 room service. very bad internet. personal not very helpful (they did not care)

top bar played music that could be heard throughout hotel

we loved the staff in the entrance, the spa masseuse and everybody really

restaurant's dinner and breakfast were great

everything is clean and had no issue with the room service

breakfast was excellent, location too had a lot of amenities like board games, they were able to

location was close to coliseo live which was the place i was going to be, the breakfast was amazing and the

breakfast was excellent. other meals were good as well.

the attention from when i walked in. the location was great. spa was amazing

hotel, very clean and tidy with spacious rooms that have everything you need

the spa was closed down in full capacity due to covid but the sauna, steam room and hot tub was nice

spa and gym facilities are perfect

used the room for home office and wifi connection was absolutely good

loved the breakfast loved the location so many places to eat nearby loved the rooftop jacuzzi
