spa facilities can be very busy especially on wowcher or groupon offer days
breakfast was excellent huge choice of foods well presented and the spa area was superb

the spa and sauna were amazing
the club room that the reception staff upgraded us to was very spacious and immaculate with nice quirky
were friendly, i had a superior room and the extra space, spa products and sky tv was worth it
we were only sad our stay wasn't long enough to enjoy the pool and spa facilities

freindly and helpful staff . cosy room . loverly grounds and the spa and pool are really good

every moment, cosy and warm room, big bath and shower, the views and the spa facilities where fab too

if you're going to the ao arena, we didnt use the gym or pool but we said we will return for a spa day/overnight

location, you couldn t ask for more it s an affordable hidden gem, i mean it s a spa resort after all,
nothing i like all the things swimming pool gym all

had netflix etc on there but wouldn t let us connect to them would have been handy as had kids with us
