we liked the location, spa & restaurant

loved the spa and hot tub experience and the staff were so nice

were lovely and friendly the spa was a real bonus

every moment, cosy and warm room, big bath and shower, the views and the spa facilities where fab too

the spa is only a 2minutr walk away and it's very nice!

all met with our expectations, wish we had time to use the spa facility

if you're going to the ao arena, we didnt use the gym or pool but we said we will return for a spa day/overnight

check in , comfortable bed and the spa facilities were well looked after

pool was run by a private spa people had paid for a spa day and there was kids from the hotel running about and

loved everything about it. hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. the spa was amazing.
