hotel had no restaurant or bar facility open

tv channels were basic, bar and restaurant are open in the weekends and the breakfast foods were over cooked

room service was absolutely unacceptable

excellent room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, enjoyable breakfast, good free wifi

close to shopping center, good wifi. friendly stuff

a mini bar in the room is advertised but there was nothing in it

leaving the patio door opened, she vacuums the duvet after doing the room floor arguing it had pet hair, they

one of the main reasons i booked this place was because i thought it had a swimming pool only to be told

the message i sent asking about car parking and spa use went unanswered

spa could benefit from addition facilities such as a steam room and a jacuzzi pool.

the spa didn t open until 10am so missed the early swim before the day.

limited hours for children in the pool/spa area - only 10am - noon.

we used the thai spa and the staff there was wonderful, we will definitely come back

since the hotel in the city center no facilities in the hotel like spa and pool
