in spa is fantastic

but receptionists, the waiters, the spa attendance, all superb

staff doesn t speak english, we had trouble understanding them and ordering the breakfast

very close to shopping streets, good breakfast, nice rooms and smileing staff

location , the rooms and beds ,pet friendly, restaurants and the service was superb, everyone at the hotel make

beds, good darkening shades, spa services, walkable location

spa is pretty small, mostly a pool and a sauna; no cold plunge.

the rooms were luxurious, and we enjoyed the spa area and had a wonderful massage

spa is a bit small but treatments and massages are wonderful

i tried to find out, but doors to the spa was closed at all times

we were offered a room on a different floor for the kids which we would have preferred not to

time at catalonia gran via - amazing facilities with the jacuzzi outside, but the spa as well indoors

had a massage at the spa and the massage table was rickety and very narrow

guests to pay for the spa in such an expensive hotel is a bad joke

fitness suite was small and minimal and was situated right next to the reception desk for the spa and sauna area

the spa lady is very nice, but her massage is not good at all (spanish lady) i guess the messure should

gym was very tiny and there was not much variation of equipment to use

that there was no indoor pool. the smell throughout the corridors was a little strong
