had a ground floor room in the manor house, which had open doors with seating and open space

spa was a little busy.

the spa was closed for ladies night

to collect bathrobes from the spa as they weren t in the room

we went to the thermal spa which we cannot fault (hydro pool, sauna, 3 steam rooms)

ample parking and good wifi

room, great service in thr restaurant and room service

room service (1st time used) was excellent

wifi didn t work and the walls were peeling.

restaurant and bar was excellent staff do struggle with covid regulations when bar is busy

whole experience from arriving, checking in was quick and the lift to the spa was a fantastic

night away with twilight spa at woodland spa, reception picked us up in a buggy breakfast was

rooms are spacious, clean , lovely toiletries and accessories

i didn't use the spa or gym but as a hotel it is lovely

great staff and lovely grounds. spa was very good.
