room excellent, spa bath a plus and very comfy beds. best nights sleep on holiday so far

3:00am - if you are not a sound sleeper, perhaps ask for other side rooms, as thankfully our kids were

wellness spa a bit small

booked the wellness suite and managed to get the spa to ourselves for the hour

the spa was amazing the drinks were really nice and all staff very nice too

only issue is the spa could have been cleaner in changing room

of pool/ spa facilities which didnt reflect in the price

room service was very convenient and the lemon tart was wonderful

wifi dropped occasionally and didn't always connect straight away.

not really very welcoming to guests but different with spa

we didn t use the spa facilities so can t comment on that

rooms were spacious and cozy

a spiral steel staircase seems a bit of a health hazard and if you have any disability forget the spa area not

friendly staff, spa facilities were nice and clean. room was lovely and spacious
