lovely hotel, spa and location

spa facilities was closed, it was very good value for september and would recommend for a pleasant

i have to say that very sadly there was a fire in the spa whilst i was there and i want to praise and thank

no spa working

spa facilities and pool were just what was required

spa bath was epic. plenty tea and coffee too

room excellent, spa bath a plus and very comfy beds. best nights sleep on holiday so far

everything the food the staff elisabeth was great the rooms the spa bath mmm lovely

staff were very helpful and friendly plenty of entertainment in the main bar and food and drink very cheap

were so mesmerised with the nature around that we missed the last entry to the spa and pool

it was our 43rd wedding anniversary we booked a suite which was very spacious

hotel as a quick overnight stay whilst travelling up to scotland, and ended up using the gym and spa facilities

my daughter enjoyed a lovely massage and we all enjoyed the spa facilities

superior hotel with a great fitness club connected plus a nice spa option.

only thing i would not change but add , is a spa , pool area ,, i believe the hotel is in the process of having

hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly we all so enjoyed use of the facilities and the spa treatments

welcome from the friendly staff with a smile and professionalism, 4 of us staying overnight and a spa package

homely, cosy, lovely interior, great spa and gym! the staff were great too

wellness spa a bit small

booked the wellness suite and managed to get the spa to ourselves for the hour

the spa was amazing the drinks were really nice and all staff very nice too

only issue is the spa could have been cleaner in changing room

of pool/ spa facilities which didnt reflect in the price

room service was very convenient and the lemon tart was wonderful

wifi dropped occasionally and didn't always connect straight away.
