loved the spa tub

staff were very helpful. the room was clean. breakfast was good. indoor pool and spa were great.

heavily, was woken up at 7:30am every day by kids running and screaming down the hallway, the spa tub drain

kids, not on beach, average over $300 a night, some staff are rude (eg my daughter picked up the spa thermometer

we enjoyed the breakfast and fire pit area . pool area was nice also. arcade was used.

the tv never had a clear signal and the pool/spa need to be replastered.

second floor ask for one facing the pool, you have a nice balcony, you won't have one facing the parking lot

my biggest concern, the laundry room was disgustingly filthy; i cleaned it myself, and even told staff, and

i loved the spa tub and the fireplace.

water for the spa tub was not hot enough, and the height of the toilet was very uncomfortable

no chairs on deck. spa tub should have power jets .

absolutely loved the spa bath, as well as the bed remote that i could raise my legs or the head of bed if needed

the grounds, rooms and pool were immaculate (which was nice to see given the circumstances)

radiator in kitchen area did not work

our bedroom looked over the beautiful pool and had a sitting area, a king sized comfortable bed with head and

they offer a shuttle if no parking is available

the swimming pool area is lovely

we and other guests enjoyed sitting in front of the handsome gas fireplace in the common family room while

wish the pool had been open to children a little earlier than 10am but understand as some rooms back up onto

breakfast, options of pool and beach, room size and amenities

the reason was that only one water heater was working and hotel laundry was in same building

kitchen dated but clean.

indoor pool and especially the hot tub could have been cleaner

perhaps a bocci court or other outdoor activity on property. only mini golf and the pool.

they also have plenty of things to do within the resort for kids and adults

spa was closed as well as activities we were interested in

great place for kids! lots to do inside and outside of resort.

so hard to get work done, and kids had a few meltdowns because their progress didn’t get saved

otherwise we were very comfortable and also used our kitchenette with small kids

golf was very expensive

understand but i m juggling that with the fact that we spent money there (2 nights, 4 meals, 2 spa treatments

found the spa not worth of this name

only negative was it was still out of season so not all facilities were open for example no pool bar we didn't

charged a resort fee when it is off season (and thus nothing but the indoor pool and gym are open) was a little

the entire property is very nice and well organized with constant shuttles

arbor pool area (the largest outdoor pool) was nasty

very comfortable and great location for a walk on the golf course

poppy cottage was surprisingly spacious - including ample kitchen

the last night we were there the bar was closed because there was a prom

fault of the property) is the location is a bit far from other things in the area due to being a golf course

and lounging nooks, including an array of plantings lending beauty and intimacy to the pool and spa areas

i loved the pool and spa area

parking spot in front of the room, very comfortable

the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was beautiful. the pool and hot tub were perfect.
