the biggest issue, however, was lack of monitoring the usage of the 3 available parking spaces for handicapped

was a fan vibrating the wall, reception moved us room straight away which solved the issue, breakfast was amazing

we definitely enjoyed the spa bath

the gym was great with such nice variety and the breakfast was a winner with the kids

the wifi didn't connect to our devices. i had to use my mobile hotspot,

there is plentiful parking, with a gym and a good sized pool facility

they allowed a late check out when requested and were very friendly

is beautiful, the staff is helpful and polite, the resort daily activities were fun for both kids and adults

the outside pool area is probably the prettiest on cape cod

if you don t book a beachfront room, you re restricted from parking near the beach except during limited

swimming pool should be cleaned more regularly (leafs and mosquitos in the water should be cleaned multiple

wish the pool had been open to children a little earlier than 10am but understand as some rooms back up onto

the swimming pool area is lovely

this place would benefit a lot from a spa or indoor sauna or hot tub

loved the propane fireplace and proximity to the golf course

we had a kitchen to make our own breakfast

was a little challenging to find the condo location as it is somewhat nestled within the overall golf community

we used the mini golf and cafe/market site too

expected some form of free access to spa facilities ie hot tub/sauna

t book spa services on line than called to book and than charged for services we didn t have because

spa and restaurant in the same location

spa services were very expensive so i didn't bother.

spa was closed as well as activities we were interested in

we should have been informed that the gym was closed

pools and hotub closed too early; wasnt aware beach pass needed after packing kids/towels etc/had to search

so hard to get work done, and kids had a few meltdowns because their progress didn’t get saved

needless to say the staff was more than accommodating and our kids were thrilled

understand but i m juggling that with the fact that we spent money there (2 nights, 4 meals, 2 spa treatments

found the spa not worth of this name

a night at the mansion west wing for a night away from the kids

also if walking to the pool from one building

their attention to detail our room, the grounds, the staff, bar and food it was top notch!

shuttle was a little slow.
