booked the room for the spa bath

loved the spa in side the room

we were not able to use the spa in bathroom because of the blood on curtain and fears of covid 19 contamination

property is under renovation pool and spa closed room was clean and comfortable

the room was beautiful the spa made it even better.

the location was convenient and safe. and the spa bath was relaxing.

the spa was broken and not easily accessible

you rent a room because it has a pool and spa, you expect to be able to use the spa

for the deluxe room which was to have a spa tub sauna which it did have but was not working and was still charged

plus it's very close to many stores and restaurants and gym

the white german front desk gym was the worst of them all

the spa bath was okay. it's really big.

huge bathroom with a huge spa tub and a seperate shower stall

shower turn on handle was falling off the wall and shower did not have hot water coming out, spa tub jet was

mini bar / tea & coffee amenities were lacking. no robes to wear

bar was quiet during our stay

breakfast was amazing. staff were so friendly to our pet.

nice grounds, and updated rooms. pet friendly but they charge $100 extra. too much!

is farther from claremont colleges than preferred but it is quite clean, comfortable and has a gym
