we spent our time on our cottage porch in the pool and sun for 3 glorious days

all of our food and drinks from the in-house restaurant and bar team were excellent, although not cheap

wifi was not working in my cottage

t feel like one, which is so important to us, but does have the added bonus of an exceptional breakfast

breakfast and rain forest spa were amazing

spa location is great and but the treatment left a lot to be desired - pricey and did not last the

spa facilities were in the trees, but needed a touch of luxury to go with the forest experience

the staff at the front desk, security at gate and restaurant and spa staff were excellent

would recommend the trip to the sulphur spa (get the hotel to order taxi to take you and wait - really worth

high taxi costs (compounded by limited shuttle times to / from sugar beach area)

we booked this one as we thought (wrongly) we would want to be central with the kids

ocean view room was spacious and mostly quiet with good beds and very good wifi

wifi didn't work in my room

also don t think the spa was worth it, quite expensive and didn t feel very private, the only wall between

the infinity pool view

the bar and the restaurant could be kept on longer for dinner.

the infinity pool was a great way to finish the day as the sun set over the caribbean sea

got the cashew suite and loved hammock on the balcony, the view and of course the infinity pool

the pool and the whole room was perfect

finally, understand that if you book the sanctuary rooms you will have no pool and there is no pool on site

only thing i would have wanted was a floating breakfast to dine in the pool

at the beach bar get little grumpy if you have all inclusive and order too many times a day, it's not possible

staff at the beach bar can get tired if you order too much

views, food, and spa treatments are amazing, but the friendliness and the customer service the staff had was

we had a lovely couples' massage at the spa - with the sound of the waves playing through the open windows -

the room, as the hotel was fully booked (the first lie, as it turned out), but we could use the spa facilities

our personal assistants tricia and chris were amazing and arranged our trips and spa treatments so quickly

the staff were only trying to promote hotel services such as the spa and the restaurants, without actuall

the kitchen worktop in our room wasn't clean when we arrived

pool was a bit small, but you have the beach 300 yards away. so no problem

probably the best place to stay in marigot when you prefer a nice, personal and cozy place with pool, and

issues is the intermittent wifi internet connection, but as far as i can tell that is not their fault, but part

road, a couple of minutes drive up a steep and twisty hill from the harbour (which had free parking available

our room was very large and comfortable; breakfast was good and plentiful

health spa charges 45dollars for 30 minutes i think it is too pricey for a limited time period

the resort s shop, gym, and spa were not open, massages could not be arranged, and despite being advertised

was beautiful, restaurant and spa on site for convenience and a free ferry

again loved the mini kitchen which was a main reason and location plus the spa to book the resort

spa facilities were in disrepair, the sauna and steam room looked like they hadn't been used in

there are 2 big pools and a roof top bar, activities including yoga, aerobics, a gym

stay at bel jou hotel (adults only) was truly unforgettable

excellent food, staff, hospitality, genuine friendliness, management, pool

its proximity to the airport and shopping area. fantasic view. i enjoyed the gym.

the spa is simply fantastic my massage was one of the best experiences i ve ever had

24 hr bar with snacks would make the price feel completely justified, or free room service.

wifi at times could have been stronger at times but for the most part it was not much of an issue

on the beach and it is a beautiful sandy beach with great views of the sunset, there is also a pool and jacuzzi

it was wonderful having the kitchen and we took full advantage of it to cook almost every meal when around

there s also parking, a local mini mart (although you re better off going to massy that s 5 mins by car

had a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor with immediate access from a covered porch to the pool and beach

would definitely recommend a massage at the spa as well

plenty of adult activities (sailing on hobie cats, yoga, tennis, decent gym etc

breakfast was the same thing everyday and we just got tried of it

very comfortable and excellent space for a family with older children

my spacious villa offered breathtaking ocean views and a private infinity pool, perfect for unwinding

we were not badgered on the beach by 'trades' wanting to sell spa time, take a photo of us or take us out on

location and staff. spa 10/10.

the spa was way overpriced for a massage

it was a great location to the town and usage of all bay hotels. loved the bay spa hotel access.

disappointed the hotel was not closer to the beach initially but soon discovered the bay gardens spa resort was

accommodation in rodney bay with convenient shuttle access to bg resort (pool/beach/gym)

friendly staff, wonderful eggs station and room service.

go to sister hotel next door for it tho ,pool deepest part is 3 feet 6 inches which is good for kids and adults

next to road through town, swimming pool and bar are right next to main road, balcony look out onto road,but

just the wifi did not work at times

one night stay before joining a yacht in rodney bay marina this was a great location and included breakfast set

check out offered by esther was convenient for my plans and allowed my to relax by pool

prior to arriving i contacted the spa to book a treatment, i received no response

gym facilities were very nice, spa was great

e that we had to get a daily temp check, that there was a spa available etc

on site spa offers a great massage and is good value
