pool was a bit small, but you have the beach 300 yards away. so no problem

we didn't cook much, but a well equipped kitchen - note there are no shops in marigot so stock up at the

tv was not working but this did not affect our stay as we had ipad and the wifi was good and we didn't spend

easy parking

our room was very large and comfortable; breakfast was good and plentiful

many restaurants and bars, swimming pools, a marina (with customs service), spa and gym

the staff were only trying to promote hotel services such as the spa and the restaurants, without actuall

our personal assistants tricia and chris were amazing and arranged our trips and spa treatments so quickly

the room, as the hotel was fully booked (the first lie, as it turned out), but we could use the spa facilities

there is a restaurant by the pool (with a sumptuous buffet breakfast every morning), a

spa facilities were in disrepair, the sauna and steam room looked like they hadn't been used in

again loved the mini kitchen which was a main reason and location plus the spa to book the resort

the resort s shop, gym, and spa were not open, massages could not be arranged, and despite being advertised

health spa charges 45dollars for 30 minutes i think it is too pricey for a limited time period

was beautiful, restaurant and spa on site for convenience and a free ferry

spa was dirty and i was put in a room at 3pm with no aircon

views, food, and spa treatments are amazing, but the friendliness and the customer service the staff had was

being a spa we thought it would be peaceful and relaxing and unfortunately it s the loudest place i have

at the beach bar get little grumpy if you have all inclusive and order too many times a day, it's not possible

finally, understand that if you book the sanctuary rooms you will have no pool and there is no pool on site

only thing i would have wanted was a floating breakfast to dine in the pool

ocean view room was spacious and mostly quiet with good beds and very good wifi

we booked this one as we thought (wrongly) we would want to be central with the kids

the villa was a roomy 2 bedroom ten steps to the pool and 5 more steps to the beautiful beach

it was wonderful having the kitchen and we took full advantage of it to cook almost every meal when around

wifi was also very weak in the room

would definitely recommend a massage at the spa as well

all of our food and drinks from the in-house restaurant and bar team were excellent, although not cheap

all the staff were excellent and the breakfast was awesome

was mango tree, it was so fab and so clean the a/c was excellent and having the little private pool was an extra

feel (notwithstanding the resort size) - quality of food and restaurants was excellent - the spa is a really

very comfortable and excellent space for a family with older children

my spacious villa offered breathtaking ocean views and a private infinity pool, perfect for unwinding

we were not badgered on the beach by 'trades' wanting to sell spa time, take a photo of us or take us out on

location and staff. spa 10/10.
