the location was beautiful and the hotel/spa was perfect

loved all the spa facilities fantastic

food was excellent and the spa was an added treat staff couldn t have been more helpful we will be back

swimming pool was also fab with access to spa pool and sauna too

staff where extremely friendly and polite food was brilliant and spa and leisure faculties were

especially the spa bath

bed was extremely comfortable, powerful shower and excellent spa bath

excellent host. lovely rooms spa bath delicious breakfast and amazing fruit platter

the spa bath in my room was a pleasant surprise and just what i needed after cycling

breakfast was excellent, good variety and quality

and hard working, the restaurant was clean and the food was excellent, the swimming pool & spa was clean and

is perfect it's just spa time should be till 10 pm that's suggestion i love

nice facilities with nice spacious rooms and bathrooms with nice bar area and dining area

thing i would say is changing rooms at pool and spa could do with a rethink, maybe bigger, does the gym equipment

our room was really comfortable and the spa was excellent

if l could criticise anything, we think the spa should have individual changing rooms

food was incredible and the spa was lovely

room was quirky no on-suit . king size bed in that small a room not good . no tv or wifi

no wifi so had to pay cash . no shade on overhead light . parking area in poor condition.

no hair conditioner in the room - had to buy conditioner at the spa after showering there.

it difficult for keeping hair dry, but saying that it wasn't really a problem as i just used the spa bath

only things that require slight improvement are the spa facilities that are beginning to look a little dated

and location ( also the improvement like the bedrooms are looking great and hopefully the spa area will follow

state of hotel last time any money spent on it properly in 1980s very dated decor spa bath blew dirt out when

the room had a 4-poster bed, en-suite and a spa bath, with complimentary toiletries and drinks

breakfast excellent. delightful dining room. bedrooms comfortable and warm.

a good varied choice of breakfast. the food was well prepared and good.

great views, good parking, super breakfast, comfortable bed.

the wifi signal was not very strong in the room

i feel we did pay for full services although spa was not open

staff and accommodation, it said on website,spa would be closed so didn't expect full

the spa was excellent as well as it was exceptionally clean and everything worked unlike some spa

spa facilities were at another hotel which without transport was difficult

we visited the spa at their sister hotel and had a relaxing time

no hot tub, sauna or other spa facilities. this is the only reason why we wouldn t return.

although spa treatments could be had at the hotel there was

lake was beautiful! great location! good atmosphere! pool and spa facilities were great!

dont need go any where as it has everything in there even bar, restaurant, kids activity and swim spa more

close to the water and spa area lovely little porch to have a cup of tea on in

accommodation, lake view, spa facilities and park

the beauty therapist was fully booked abit disappointment as it was a spa break

maybe the pool and spa could do with a refurb..
