wifi available in the hotel for 4-5 days

wifi was correct

free wifi was quite adequate for my needs

i went for work travel , i needed good wifi which was not the case

breakfast options were good

apart from having to pay for breakfast and fridge not working

wifi. location near bus, taxi and train station.

no bar available but there was one across the street.

there was no shampoo or conditioner and i forgot mine - the size of the gym was a lot smaller than in the

parking

amazing private swimming pool and sauna, also the bed was extra large a comfy

booked this place because we needed to be close to the airport for a night with a place that had parking

the parking area and room were very clean and well-maintained

despite the fact they position themselves as non-smoking the smell of cigarettes was in the room

room service was quick, but the food (club sandwich)

the free wifi was decent

thought i had free wifi, but they said no and charged me 6 per day

staff, very clean room with plenty amenities and free shuttle service to the airport starting at

also i was very happy with pet friendly policy and my large german shepard enjoyed his stay too

the spa was great and it is open from 9.30am to 10.30pm.

plus they also have spa though i didn't had a chance to try it

the spa was only available in winter time and with the use of swimming hat

my wife arrives with 3 little kids alone in the night

i also used the room service, which was provided with courtesy, quality and speed

we enjoyed the lobby bar and the sports bar and our room was very clean, modern, and spacious

size & comfort, good room service

size room parking availability water available at reception bar / restaurant staff extremely pleasant and

charged 15 for our cat despite her not getting a bed or breakfast included.

we managed an early check in for a small fee and she got us a taxi with a baby seat for getting into town

had 2 kids under 4 years i booked a junior suite when i arrived they told me our junior suite is tow

family room was big , kids loved it.

everything is from room service, very quick and wonderful.

- i think there was spa rooms downstairs, but i wasn't sure how that worked - no map or guidance at check in

there is a gym and some services such as a spa available

would have liked a spa or larger exercise room, but not a big problem.

gym needs updating

the gym was open (accepting 1 person/party at a time), which was unusual during covid times

good sized room with lovely balcony and spa bath

the pool was small and had to be booked

so if i need to get my coffee i should wait unit 11 or to dress up and go to the bar which is not practical at

gym s a basic mini gym - 2 treadmills, 1 bike and some weight machines and small floor area

they have a gym and a sauna as well

convenient to the airport, free shuttle, excellent breakfast

excellent response to needs . eg: towel, ironing board, iron shuttle bus - very prompt

the spa was best and the room was shiny and the beds was very good

room was very spacious, the bed was really big and comfortable

we didn't have time for the spa and swimming pool, but our froends and family told us both were great

spa was closed for repairs and we were only given late notice of this and no compensation

and eggs at breakfast should be sure not to be cold

also the brochures say there's 24/7 room service and when we called down for some we were told 'the restaurant

i had to buy it out because no room service was available

i liked the renewed lobby it looks great and fresh. the gourmet bar was also great.

we were 2 adults and two kids and they treated us wonderfully

there was not really anyone who spoke much english to help, one of our items was stolen from the gym which was

didn t tell us prior to our arrival that they don t have the wellness and spa centre anymore and it was the

spa is open for 16 years and older. also in the weekend the fitness is open at 10.00.

generally good facilities including spa available for hotel guests

the spa was closed on a summer weekend and there is no pool.

we also got room service and were very pleased with our food

it s also worth mentioning if u don t go to the pool in the morning or mid day you wont be able to get any

the apartment was well equipped with kitchen utensils, had a fridge, many kitchen cabinets, a dinner area , a

apartment had a great kitchen, but i would appreciate it if they would have the basic stuff, like cleaning

the staff was super friendly and the gym was well equipped

appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly (for an additional fee)
