pool and spa area really old expected better for 250 a night

we chose not to use any of the facilities (gym, restaurant) because of covid-19

hotel was clean, modern, convenient to nd's campus with plenty of parking, and had great amenities: a little

ample parking restaurant was enjoyable for

the free shuttle to the airport was

excellent breakfast and service for surprisingly reasonable price

to get a refund for an early check in after i saw guest checking in earlier on same day but was told by manager

first, there is no room service

pet cost

machine on my floor was broken, pool and spa were under repairs, restaurant manager was very rude, ac unit leaked

pool and spa were nice but smelled horribly of chlorine (like there was too much) and the spa s water

would have preferred a better gym and a larger room

no guests laundry room

staff was kind. the gym facility was clean and had great equipment.

the parking area is a bit small

breakfast was homemade very delicious with different dishes every morning

great property and great breakfast! amazing hosts.

breakfast was excellent and the house was amazing, a walk through a history!

comforter had black stains on it like it had been dragged in the parking lot

the breakfast was limited and when i asked for milk, i was told they wouldn't have any until tomorrow

one small issue the maid on sunday morning kept yelling laundry or someone s name

there wasn t much for kids in the breakfast area. my 2 year old didn t really have much.

room was very clean, the front desk people were very very nice and tended to loud kids when asked

there was a hockey team there kids running the halls very late at night

the pool facility was nice as well

couldn't figure out how to operate the spa tub

only problem i had with the room was that the heavy curtain couldn't be closed so the parking lots light light

accommodated request to be on the first floor because of pet

the bed was very comfortable and the spa tub was huge

booking shows i was to receive a spa tub but there wasn t one

the room was amazing....spa tub was incredible! and the staff was super helpful and friendly!!

parking is a little crowded.

the only thing that could be better are the towels at the pool/spa as they were tiny.

not like that the doors were suppose to be key entry but the door in the pool and spa area was proped open and

the cleanliness was excellent and the pool/spa was so much fun with mom, kids and grandkids

this is a nasty place run by indians nothing woks the spa and the phone didn t work

very clean and comfortable. the spa pool and jacuzzi are really clean for a pool area.

use of all paper and plastic products at breakfast. not very “green”!

kids were running around and jumping from landing to landing in the rear stairwell area close to

the breakfast was good, the kids enjoyed the pool & hot tub

the pool was closed. that was one of the selling points for me.

has see through drapes which is very unprivate police are everywhere driving around the hotel parking lots in

people in the parking lot talking and playing loud music all throughout the night

loved the king spa suite. room service for breakfast was nice. plenty of towelsud83dudc4d

with a shower/spa was quite unique

only complaint would be that there was something yucky in the spa tub after i turned on the jets, which i

we booked a spa room and while our sink water was hot, the tub and shower were ice cold
