the bed was very comfortable and the spa tub was huge

machine on my floor was broken, pool and spa were under repairs, restaurant manager was very rude, ac unit leaked

pool and spa were nice but smelled horribly of chlorine (like there was too much) and the spa s water

staff was kind. the gym facility was clean and had great equipment.

local area transportation/shuttle service, but at check in being told it was just airport shuttle

the entire staff was friendly and helpful. the shuttle driver rates a 10.

breakfast was excellent and the house was amazing, a walk through a history!
