i pin pointed to the towel which my only guess is from the laundry place

location is excellent if you wish to go to the baths theatre or just be in the center of town, parking is not

ideal location and parking facilities

mini kitchen area with nespresso machine and pods so we could have a proper coffee in the morning

the spa and gym were lovely, and the room was perfect.

building staff were lovely very helpful my husband had a round of golf great golf course used the spa etc can

peaceful stay with lovely outdoor space restaurant food was delicious clean & comfortable rooms gym & spa great

facilities are superb - large pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and fitness centre, didn't try the spa treatments

who asked if we had stayed before and as we hadn't she explained about the hotel the health spa pool and gym

spa facilities are excellent and the pool is huge the spa staff especially claire who did my

everything , spa , food , staff, starbucks, pub ,hotel,room , upgrade .just wow

value for money, excellent service and very close to city centre, has a bar on site and a pub to the right as

have page of rules for your pet but the pets behave better than the humans

was a 2 double bedroom apartment which was spacious and had its own functional kitchen
