booked a signiture spa suit for the wifes birthday we both enjoyed it we been in all spa suites luv this

spa suite room we stayed it was gorgeous

stayed in the laconuim spa suite which was exceptional

wifi is very poor would be a nice touch to have a fridge in the spa suits

the room was stunning! it was a spa suit and it was incredible the bar and restaurant are lovely

had booked the rooms as we had been to a spa all day and then having a meal at the china rose for my hen weekend

the wifi didn t work in the rooms and the beds were hard and uncomfortable

i loved the spa treatments, and the black truffle pasta was so tasty!

we appreciated it is a work in progress development with spa currently closed for refurbishment by new

well maintained, comfy beds, lovely room. looking to stay again and do the spa area.

rooms was lovely and clean and great service, food was amazing and all spa was nice.

went in the spa facilities and used the swimming pool with the jacuzzi and the only thing we didn t like was

social distancing is spot on with all staff in both the hotel and spa wearing face masks

staff were very good got upgrade as tvs was broken fitness centre was excellent had a surprise spa treatment

and partner had an amazing weekend the spa facilities were brilliant, food and service was faultless and the

enjoy the spa and lunch in there was really nice staff friendly and helpful room was really nice and modern

spa was fantastic & the staff the receptionist was very welcoming & friendly

the spa alone was truly amazing and pictures on their site don t show half of the facilities the

we had an great morning in the spa and the lunch was delicious

of the reasons for booking this hotel, as we stay a week at a time, is the spa and pool facilities

is easy to find ,staff are pleasant and polite ,the added use of leisure spa is a good value for money ,breakfast

fried bread bathrooms bedrooms fantastic beds much more comfy than opposition staff amazing pool spa etc

staff on reception, use of health spa next door ( at extra cost ) is a good addition to the facilities

a bit of the downside was the pool/ spa next door expect for one day pass to use the pool or facilities there

they also enjoyed how close the spa and swimming pool facilities were and made regular use of them during their

leisure facilities are excellent, especially gym and swimming pool nearby.
