loved the pool and spa area

there was a spa but didn t go into it

the pool was fantastic for the kids

pool was amazing for young and little kids

and spa was nice and clean, the breakfast was very ok with toast,yogourt,cereales,beagle, coiffee,juive

pool, slide and spa were fun.

suite with spa bath and all, was very good and spacious

we had the family suite with the bunk beds, which was so fun for the kids

the snow caused ice, and the parking lot was like a skating rink. i almost fell down.

first room the spa was smeeling bad and wasn't clean

disappointing about how cold the spa was - we finished a day at the mountains and were looking forward to a long

children not supervised by an adult and they were jumping in pool all the time tried to relax in spa but always

kids loved it and temperature seemed good

gave me a deal for a late check-out - some employees were nice and polite - location is perfect - wifi works

i believe we paid this much for a spa bath

we appreciated a friendly bilingual check-in and used the onsite wifi

new new ac library quiet this hotel should be rated four star hotel not two star plenty & easy parking

clean, free parking and coffee. close enough from downtown by car.

the pool and patio were closed and there was debries and garbage in the back area

it was quiet and the spa bath was big. we had no problem finding it.

we didn't book a spa room but got one anyway, and while it was nice it does make the whole room really humid

no pets in elevator, weird rule, and difficult to maneuver luggage and pet up to room.
