swimming pool spa was not filled nor working

some gross gas came out of the spa when we turned on the timer

the pool was great. the room was comfortable, as were the beds.

only thing i missed was there were not any swiss miss milk chocolate packets in the breakfast room

parking lot was right in the middle which was great to keep an eye on the uhaul and car

our room was spacious, clean and very quiet

to find the entry where the hotel reception is located (it s the one furthest back, near the spa and golf area

more selections on the room service menu would be nice.

are very nice and well kept, casino staff are professional and courteous

two nights for work stayed at the comfort inn it was nice and quiet i enjoyed the pool and the spa i would go

i didn't like was i was told the pool and spa were warm but when my kids got in it was cold

it gives a feeling of serenity with the kiva pool and the services at the gym and spa are amazing

location was absolutely beautiful, staff was very friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious

beautiful resort in peaceful location with walking trails and many amenities, including spa for pampering

could have got the room with the spa tub i paid for

only issue was i paid for a spa bathroom and it wasn t in the room but it was taken care of

no spa. i was expecting a jacuzzi or spa but it was replaced by a cement slab

i also was glad the swimming pool was open finally got to take a dip in it

only ordered a breakfast from room service and it was somewhat cold when it arrived.

used the spa and pool which were both clean

the jacuzzi spa had a broken metal rail was broken and sharp

pool and spa were not clean and the tent was old with freezing cold air blasting into it

the pet pen in the back!!

great location, delicious breakfast, safe parking, shuttle to old town was very helpful in the heat

we booked a spa tub and at the hotel we were given all the reasons why they couldn t accommodate our booking

spa was closed restaurant closed except for dinner.

because we did not use the exercise facility, the pool or spa the fee was an added expense where we received

towels were small, bad toiletry options, freezing bathroom with the door closed, my room was smoking and

parking lot lighting was very good. despite the homelessness nearby it felt relatively safe.

the place was like a spa retreat

i trie to take a bath in the spa like bathtub and the it didn t work. otherwise that s it.

we also love the proximity to old town, the spa and cooked to order breakfast

2025 was a rough year for my kids so i wanted to start their new year off with something to remember

staff was amazing, they were so good to us and our kids

spa tub was only big enough for one person

and clean, booked one of their spa bath suites and it was much needed and enjoyed after a long drive

love and enjoy every weekend i spend there is so relaxing i try to always get the spa room is amazing

upgraded to a spa room, a real treat

said it had a spa and no spa

also got a facial at the spa and it was such a good experience

bree the massage therapist in the spa was fantastic and loved the art

could use a safety bar in the shower.

is a cool place, the little speakeasy, the pool and the location were great
