spa tub didn t work

only issue was i paid for a spa bathroom and it wasn t in the room but it was taken care of

spa had soap like bubbles and a yucky film

could have got the room with the spa tub i paid for

us on the day we checked in that pool and spa were unavailable

the jacuzzi spa had a broken metal rail was broken and sharp

pool and spa were not clean and the tent was old with freezing cold air blasting into it

used the spa and pool which were both clean

liked it all but if i could make a wish, it would be: get a yoga mat and an exercise ball to the gym

to the back parking lot was a little narrow - i wouldn t have wanted to drive a large vehicle there

tv reception poor with snowy screen, pool and spa closed, fitness room tiny, and no air circulation

the spa feel of the entire place from the lobby/restaurant bar to the pool cabana and courtyard, and

i liked the area and the parking lot security.

was a fight in the parking lot just before 9am as my kids and i were coming back inside and i felt very unsafe

facilities are old and outdated. gym was nice though

no spa. i was expecting a jacuzzi or spa but it was replaced by a cement slab

bar had a relaxing atmosphere and i was able to relax

the outdoor pool was amazing. bartenders were nice and place was clean.

well lit parking and high profile roving security.

also a major plus was the room service was very convenient

i didn't like was i was told the pool and spa were warm but when my kids got in it was cold

indoor/outdoor pool and spa were great, interior

washer dryer. make available laundry soap and dryer sheets. pool ,spa great

complementary breakfast or hot tub/pool or bar die to covid

longer restaurant and bar hours

kitchen employees not available to help

the pool closed early so we didnt get to swim, my kids were so disappointed that it was closed so we decided

other than that and getting our kids back to sleep

under construction with very little parking

the kids started chanting

accommodation of me being able to park my work truck in the parking lot

lots of traffic in parking lots thru out the night

the staff was great. all of the tweezers roaming the parking lot all night wasn't

laundry reasonably priced on site, stores within walking , with bus stops near by

inexpensive room and pet charges

was spacious with a very comfortable bed

not being able to book couples spa treatment.

spa would be nice.

because we did not use the exercise facility, the pool or spa the fee was an added expense where we received

we booked a spa tub and at the hotel we were given all the reasons why they couldn t accommodate our booking

we enjoyed the room, restaurant and pool.

great location close to old town. clean, beautiful facility with a nice pool.

the amenities are greatly appreciated (indoor pool, exercise room, outdoor patio, secure parking lot with ample

wifi was fair outside of the lobby, business center internet was non existent.

the pool area is awesome

hotel room was comfortable, clean and the pool/ spa & gym was clean and awesome

parking isn't the greatest but it can happen anywhere.

parking lot with security cameras to be sure vehicles are safe. security drive through hourly

how close it was to the casino!

we also love the proximity to old town, the spa and cooked to order breakfast

the pool and spa is open 24 hours a day

an enclosed large garden patio complete with gazebo and barbecues (again, spotlessly clean), full gymnasium and

because of the remodel parking was tight.

the tiles in the shower were broken, the pool was cloudy and the spa was covered in algae

indoor pool and spa out of service but still on entry sign

the spa definitely wasn't working

only $5 per pet very reasonable

heated pool was still chilly.

i loved the breakfast! good variety to choose from! the gym was small, but had good equipment.

to switch rooms 3 times to get wifi, no loading carts, some lights did not work, tv did not work, even after

kids were bummed as they looked forward to the swimming pool

also, the gym, be aware that there is only dumbbels up to 50lbs and one bench

large room with living area was excellent. breakfast was superb.

a genius level 3 member i have never been charged for early check in i was charged an additional $30

early check in was extended to us. because my other half was sick n wanted to rest

rooms were spacious and the bar downstairs was relaxing, offering appetizing drinks and snacks

kitchen closes early so even though the bar is open until 11, no food is available; many of the

very fancy hotel, loved the room service option. food was great

upgraded to a spa room, a real treat

and clean, booked one of their spa bath suites and it was much needed and enjoyed after a long drive

said it had a spa and no spa

love and enjoy every weekend i spend there is so relaxing i try to always get the spa room is amazing

spa tub was only big enough for one person

to find the entry where the hotel reception is located (it s the one furthest back, near the spa and golf area

our room was spacious, clean and very quiet

our room has an amazing view of the mountains and golf course

second, the resort thought it would be a good idea to mow the entire golf course at 6 am

i did try room service but that was apparently not an option after 10

the staff (went over and above), the free breakfast (the best hotel breakfast i've had), the pool, the exercise

room service forgot to bring my daughter her breakfast so i had to call the font desk and tell them

the hours available to use the pool and gym facility.

the room and the staff, and the convenience of the location, parking and hotel layout.

some gross gas came out of the spa when we turned on the timer

the hotel may be pet friendly but not people friendly defending the dogs which were off leash

i was unable to use the gym or the steam room bc everything was torn up

bed, hot shower, many items for the breakfast picky eater

room covers were dirty with pet fur and stains. ice machine was loud all night.

hot tub after a long travel day, comfy bed, spacious room, nice and tasty breakfast

nice clean , large room, comfy big bed. wifi good. good kitchen area in the room
