couldn't get spa bath in room to work

the room had a musty smell and since we had a spa room, there should be extra towels.

staff was very friendly, great breakfast & amazing spa tub!

gate for pool was faulty

people that run the place were awesome the breakfast was better than any other place i've ever

pool and spa was disconnected from the property and where you could hear the highway traffic, to be honest

got room with king bed and spa. but the spa didn't work so that sucks

i had a daughter graduating and then moving in with me after the weekend was over we needed an early check in

room for the us and our grandchildren and indoor pool and hot tub.

well maintained, housekeeping service midweek was unexpected and appreciated, enjoyed the lobby bar for the

pancakes were great. the inside pool and spa were excellent. large shower was especially nice

in my opinion i felt over charged just for the pool/spa being cold and service being bad morning lady didn

everything especially the spa tub it really helped the pain in my sholder

spa tubs are definitely larger than most places so that was a plus

had sausage every day as breakfast meat. bacon would have been nice.

there was a lot of people walking through the parking lot late at night.

parking was limited, multiple guests loitering outside after dark, while the location is convenient

no meat at breakfast

order to get to i-20 to go west, we had to weave thru the parking lot behind and around the adjoining hotel and

the pool was not available

hotel was clean and quiet and the breakfast fast was good

t like that the parking was inadequate due to renovations some of my party had to park in the other hotels

wifi didn't reach back room. hotspot to the rescue. in hotel restaurant was pricey.

tv is weird, you have all these options but can't use them becsuse the tv isn't connected to the wifi

my wife and i did the beer spa and felt so relaxed afterwards

the king spa room was fabulous

room was very very spacious and clean

the restaurant and spa are amazing addition to the trip

we are already planning a return staycation to try their beer spa and massages

loved the spa tub and breakfast options were wonderful.

the pool was great, spa felt fantastic, fitness room unused :) we had a wonderful 2-day experience

the hotel was very clean. breakfast was yummy. spa was very relaxing!

we really enjoyed the spa tub in our room, it was so relaxing after the long drive

got robbed in parking lot by tweakers staying in the hotel

staff very friendly and polite and free parking and cable.

room (non-smoking) was very spacious, clean, and comfortable

late that evening after our event there was a very scetchy guy standing at the side entrance door smoking

was put in a smoking room our first night. we were changed to a non smoking room the next day.

the indoor pool was great, and the spa was so relaxing

the biggest bummer was the hot tub/spa was not hot, was dirty, and no one seemed to care that it was that way

it'd be better if a spa and fitness centre are provided
