the king spa room was fabulous

room was beautiful and the bathroom was truly spectacular and spa like

my wife and i did the beer spa and felt so relaxed afterwards

we are already planning a return staycation to try their beer spa and massages

the restaurant and spa are amazing addition to the trip

pool spa still broke/ loud people next room

cozy, inviting bar, two elevators, plenty of parking, comfortable pillows, excellent indoor pool- spa & sauna,

the bar tender was not good then added a $15 dollar tip to his self without permission.

was expecting a continental breakfast and i was surprised when we got a breakfast in the restaurant that was

loved the spa tub and breakfast options were wonderful.

the hotel was very clean. breakfast was yummy. spa was very relaxing!

the pool was great, spa felt fantastic, fitness room unused :) we had a wonderful 2-day experience

the indoor pool was great, and the spa was so relaxing

the biggest bummer was the hot tub/spa was not hot, was dirty, and no one seemed to care that it was that way

it'd be better if a spa and fitness centre are provided

parking is terrible

since not enough good parking in front, guests parked in back had to walk around building

they put me in a smoking room and the fan in the bathroom made so much noise i couldn

i always ask for smoking they always give me nonsmoking

not being bothered. pet friendly.

i met a couple of women here using the laundry room which was helpful, thank you

got a smoking room, but it was as if not cleaned well, bad air filter

spa at the pool wasn't working properly and the grounds outside the hotel were dirty

the bed was comfy and i liked having the adjoining room to my kids.

one that smell like cigar but the change it and was really confy, i loved the inside swimming pool

not sure if room is located near laundry room but you can hear water running all night

the beds were comfy and the wifi was good

-pool was out of service (july 4 weekend) -room smelled like mildew -bathroom was dirty -many in our

breakfast was decent and coffee good for free

the breakfast had great options

the pool was being redone but that was about it.
