booking i was promised a spa tub

the indoor pool was well taken care of- very clean and well maintained

closed bar too early lol (closes at 10) no everything was wonderful.

wifi in the room fast and

there was a lot of people walking through the parking lot late at night.

very friendly staff easy access great parking with pulling a trailer

breakfast = needed more tables/chairs to seat.

very little to choose from but make do parking lot very tight for a full size pickfr

parking was limited, multiple guests loitering outside after dark, while the location is convenient

booked us and we got walked in on while sleeping at 10:30 at night also the door going out to the pool that is

pool hours are vague and it opens super late in the morning which sucks for a kid who loves the

although the weather was extremely hot, the outdoor pool water was refreshing & surprisingly cool

order to get to i-20 to go west, we had to weave thru the parking lot behind and around the adjoining hotel and

pancakes were great. the inside pool and spa were excellent. large shower was especially nice

in my opinion i felt over charged just for the pool/spa being cold and service being bad morning lady didn

spa tubs are definitely larger than most places so that was a plus

bed was very uncomfortable. the spa bath did not work the first night

we ordered the room with the jacuzzi spa which we did not use, i wish the jacuzzi spa was larger it was the

spa is getting a new heater so bad today but good next time i stay.

promote the kitchen/breakfast lady to the front desk if that's an option

plenty of parking. great customer service. hot breakfast was delicious,

and employees using the pool entrance as there smoking hang out

was really dirty, spa temperatures were too high, and we couldn't get in due to temperatures and filthiness

kids had trashed area leaving trash everywhere

very clean and comfortable rooms. very nice hotel and great room service and fook.

my husband and i had to split up and stay with our kids in different rooms and they were 8 rooms apart
