main reason i stayed at this hotel was for the spa bathtub

staff was extra friendly. pool and spa were beautiful.

'spa tub' was not as pictured online, just a normal sized tub with few jets in it, nothing special

booked for a 1 king room with front room area and a 2 person spa tub

my wife loves the jacuzzi tub in the room and the spa jacuzzi tub in the pool area

shower curtain was held up by thumb tacks, the screen kept falling off the window, the wifi wasn't very good

everything was clean, staff was friendly, and there was a laundry room which was convenient.

parking is a little tight

and that we can take breakfast to our room for the kids that we re still sleeping

loaded breakfast sandwich was excellent, but there was no service for room service on the weekdays that was ok

the parking garage was easily accessible and free

we got a room with a spa tub but the tub was very small even for me and i m only 5 2

unfortunately, gymnast tournament in town and lots of young, noisy girls up and down the halls.

their pet fee was a non refundable $150

how the lady at the starbucks breakfast bar treated me she was so rude and judgmental

they offered the pool by appointment but i did not know that until i walked in the hotel to check in

got me, the day i checked out the front desk clerk took my room key, and as i was still in the parking lot, went

too bad bar was seldom open. no hot water if showering after 830am

piling up garbage in the laundry room during few days of new year. dirty laundry facility

super nice staff, great breakfast, and nice pool/spa area. the room and bathroom were clean.

location for shopping, restaurants, korean spa 100 yards next door

it was advertised as having a gym, pool, whirlpool, breakfast buffet and laundry facilities

we were there for swim meet and have to be at pool at 7:00 so left a 6:45

tell there were other dogs in the building, very quiet, rooms seem great, like there have been no pet accidents

coffee available 24 hours and great breakfast options.

time i stayed the pool gave 3 of my kids ear infections

screaming kids next door but not the hotels fault. breakfast area it just too tight.

the room was big and the spa bath was nice!

and definitely do not travel with your kids

a restaurant and bar would have made the place perfect.

the spa tub was a bit smaller than some but functioned very well which made up for it

room was very nice and updated to our standards and the lobby ,bar restaurant and day spa are

see all of it, and am looking forward to our next stay to finish the glass 'tour', and to use the spa treatments

no spa / no hot tub.

the wifi was odd, couldn't connect at all in the evening with any device, but everything was ok in the
