comfy, easy parking, quiet, okay wifi, quick & easy route to seatac airport

hotel is near our kids and grandkids

the parking lot needs to be cleaned up. kinda of a bad first impression.

seems like most callers are parking their cars rather than staying in the motel

the shuttle via the free phone system at the airport

the shuttle to and from the airport was so helpful and we were able to get a ride to the metro station

close to airport, quiet, comfortable beds, fast wifi

might just be because we were across from the laundry

loved everything from the shuttle from the air port and the shuttle from the hotel to the cruise terminal it

they have on site laundry which i did not use

the jet spa was worth it

the room was fairly tired, it had a great spa bath and we had a good night's sleep after arriving late by plane

couldn't use the laundry because they told us the washer was not working

it was close to the airport, shuttle driver and hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

a last minute massage at the spa which was excellent and just what i needed after a long drive

the upgrades with a spa and hot tub are well worth the extra cost

brill twice hourly shuttle to airport which was great as we could then get on

the hotel had a great pool and workout room. the staff was exceptional

here twice in last 3 months and the pool and spa are still closed for repairs

offered a pool, spa room and weight room but when we got there everything was closed off due to construction

spa wasn t useable- water was beyond yellow and shallow

and we were able to do a one hour late check out

i'm one of the only people in years who attempted to use their gym facility, which was literally covered in

cant wait to come back when the spa amenities are available

it is clean quiet and beautiful surroundings not to mention a gym if you like working out

the playground for kids were well thought out and the fountain feature with waterfall was very nice as was the

we got a room with a spa tub but the tub was very small even for me and i m only 5 2

the suite was soooo spacious my kids had a blast chasing and playing

no coffee or water for free when we were waiting an open bottle of water on honor bar desk staff was cold and

how the lady at the starbucks breakfast bar treated me she was so rude and judgmental

truly made the small get away gift and turned it into a spa get away with the jacuzzi in the room

didn t like the fact that i paid for a room that was suppose to have a spa tub, but when i get there they said

we were able to fit three kids and still had a king left for the parents

the only facility i used was the laundry- one of the machines was out of order and they looked old

on friday evening there was an incident on the hotel back parking lot between a man and 3 girls
