i used the resort's laundry service, they were courteous and fast

stands out as a negative - we were invited to do some tour to get discounts on things like the spa - it was a

misunderstood the service in the spa we thought we had access to the facility during our appointment we didn't

should not have to pay for spa and or any other services on the property

front desk service was poor and there was no entertainment or spa as listed online as a part of their offerings

no pool bar, no umbrellas, very limited seating by the pool

6 (which was unexpected) my daughter enjoyed her massage in the spa and the staff was very accommodating

i finally used the spa services and i will again and hopefully meagan will be available

did not like that the iron in the room was not working properly also the spa was short staffed so we did not
