spa wasn t working

the huntington hilton has a lovely pool spa and fitness area

and the spa had 10 kids in it leaving no room for an adult to sit for over an hour

it did not have poolside service

the gym and the rooms.

clean place with nice amenities and a pool

the staff, the gym and the ac did not work after numerous request for engineers to fix it!!

staying here it's got everything we need my kids always enjoy the pool

cable was not working after the room service

very clean; staff respectful and courteous; nice and comfortable rooms; and a lot of parking.

no complimentary breakfast, but that was ok

seemed a little ghetto in the parking lot, people were outside doing lawd knows what and standing by the doors

also kids eat free was helpful

to use the gym but had a foul smell and some person banged on every door and screamed a name on my floor

booked a non-smoking room and it was clearly used as a smoking room

someone had been smoking in the non-smoking room i had.

spa was excellent

hotel & spa has become my home away from home

property was nice best part was the spa treatment.

(drinks were amazing) we are looking forward to visiting again and using the spa services

staff at the pool and gym weren't friendly. seemed like they would rather we weren't there.

oh, and the gym was not what i would have expected from such a large hotel

spa was disappointing- i had a scalp massage and foot massage and it was mediocre, i expected

bar and restaurant are on the third floor attic space with no elevator and limited choices for

breakfast buffet was great, the property is a beautiful old mansion.

they also did a buffet breakfast with a roaring fireplace

everything about my stay except that there is no restaurant or bar on the premises that is open from sunday

breakfast was great. kevin was very friendly and welcoming as soon as we sat down.

wifi took a little longer then expected to sign in, i had to fiddle with it since it kept giving me
