room wasn't ready there was no spa tub no parking lot

pool, hot tub, spa or fitness center is part of your stay at the long beach hotel

ad promoted a spa bath and double room

the wifi didn't work in our room. neither did the phone or the remote for the tv.

understandably out of the hotels control, there is only street parking and becomes very congested in the summer

were told the room would have a spa tub and it didn t, the hot water only got luke warm, the sink faucet poured

didn't work, took 3 times of asking to have someone look at it, when booking it said it had a spa in the room

a spa tub in the room.

i was told all room had spa tubs but my room didn t have one at all.

shuttle service was good which made it easy for us to transfer to

get rid of the obligatory spa charge. i'm 83; my wife is 74.

the second day as work was being done slightly disappointing but got a reign for the price of a spa day

bed is comfy, spa and pool would have been lovely had we known to bring bathing suits

pool not heated and saunas left in poor condition also children throughout the entire pool/spa area

for how expensive the hotel and spa are, i expected the room to be bigger, the spa to be a little more luxurious

love the double bed esp when traveling with kids. spacious room. amenities ****

the shuttle drivers, to the front desk staff, the breakfast and the unexpectedly plush and comfortable room, we

charge a pet fee for service animals which legally isn't allowed

very comfortable, clean, and loved the butler room service option

the hotel was decent, it has gym facility, complementary water and 24/7 service from hotel to the airport

they offered to change a room with a working phone wire but it was too late and my kids and i were too tired

24/7 access to a gym that also had a sauna

great burgers in the bar and barmaid was great!

there are minimal services - no room service for example

spa was disappointing- i had a scalp massage and foot massage and it was mediocre, i expected

the spa worked with us to the fullest to get us ready

the spa was great and the late

definitely book your spa appointments ahead of time that is no pop in service :-)

breakfast was delicious and location removed the stress of catching my flight on time.

would definitely not recommend bringing kids based on that and the sketchy vibe

parking would have been better if a little closer but great that was free and spacious

the front desk person was rude. the spa tub didn t work as advertised

they don t provide soap for the spa bath room at least something travel size for the customer

the jets in the spa bath in this particular room did not work properly

the spa bath jacuzzi was very relaxing!

s very hard for me to understand how you would have a hotel with the kitchen and not serve meals or even coffee

ordered room service and took a while to get food

comfortable beds and bath, coffee maker, gym excellent sushi bar in hotel polite staff walkable to train and

loved the lobby and bar area, had lots of options

daily -good complimentary very good breakfast bar staff were pleasant as was the bell boy/man kitchen staff also

(drinks were amazing) we are looking forward to visiting again and using the spa services

hotel & spa has become my home away from home

about the wi-fi they usually give me the pass word when i pay but no wifi was giving to me to sign in into it

the very first-morning room service came and we advise we don't need anyone

hotel has wifi and free, but limited parking

was in poor condition room was not clean up or change sheets next day after requesting front desk room service

the carpet was dirty. room service will not change towel if it s not thrown on the floor.

the room was very modern and had a beautiful spa tub.
