were roaches and bed bugs in our room pool looked like a swamp couldn't go swimming water was nasty

even though the parking lot only had a few cars, we were given the only room in the hotel with zero view

breakfast was

decent breakfast, neatly maintained rooms

the breakfast time till 10 am would have been nice for late arrivals the night before

spacious everything was and easy to find, like vending, front desk, facilities, etc

well shouldnt of pool had a scum on it the first morning i was there so that eliminated that parking lot was in

right off interstate great pool an very clean

steps were between the lobby and the elevator and parking lot

was close no breakfast no spa whirlpool was dirty

pool not open which was very disappointing

the hotel was very clean and the location was perfect for golfing at pine valley golf course.

kitchen very poorly supplied- no soap for dishes or dishwasher and toaster was broken

the pool was not open during my stay i guess they had some kind of issue but it was

before breakfast so it wasn't applicable, but the front desk personnel explained the process and what it

presumably from rose petals from a romantic encounter by a previous customer of the room

the staff were very kind and the breakfast was very well done.

the first night there we were left with no wifi apparently the whole hotel was expierncing the same thing

the pool and hot tub were closed

pool was out. unforeseen circumstances but a big disappointment

the bar and front desk staff were amazing!

hotel still had jacuzzi, inside pool, patio, bar, and breakfast advertised and was mostly why we decided to stay

pool was closed and room wasn't cleaned

especially the two pools (indoor and outdoor) on steamy summer day, jacuzzi and small spa area

but u were still able to get a shower but it could be like a spa like experience if they upgraded their shower

the pool was a little chilly but the hot tub was our favorite

we also booked a spa room for the extra price and unfortunately you cant have the jets on and light off at the

i did however wipe down the surfaces and the spa tub due to my personal preference

for a spa room that didnt exist

the staff was super nice! room was very clean! breakfast was wonderful! best booking yet!!

the property is billed as adults only but there were kids everywhere

no laundry bag in closet

website states kids eat free, but we had to pay for my 4 year old and ourselves

i wish there was room service. i could hear the door slamming to the stairs.

9 o’clock is a time for adults kids are relaxed but can’t go eat or swim or workout cause everything has
