outdoor pool and spa where nasty and stinky

bed was very comfortable and the pool. spa and water park was nice

spa tub barely worked my husband had to use the ice bucket to pour hot water into tub, hot water

suite was very nice, kids loved the pools and were able to go across the road for beach access too

there was a kitchen and bathroom between our room and the kids room with two queen beds and tv in both bedrooms

i needed a late check out at the last minute and they were absolutely polite and understandable about it

like that the facility is pet friendly with plenty of spaces to walk the dogs
