we enjoyed the spa and pool

no breakfast.. spa was closed... pool was cold. but had plenty of chlorine.

carpet had several dirty spots and needs a cleaning and pool and spa was shut down, supposedly for 4 months

their hot tub, pool, breakfast, beds and pillows.

its winter so when im trying to enjoy the spa and pool i don't want the room to be freezing

enjoyed having a hot tub, pool, and there was even another pool for little kids

the gym was ok, but i've seen better in this price range

the pool was fantastic and a really nice design as they had the deep end in the middle of the pool so

we enjoyed our food so much, we even ordered room service for breakfast the next day

kitchen sink in room is a little small

pool wellness normally includes spa or pool too didn't know about 50$ a night incidentals so i spent $150 on

no spa tub even tho they advertised it on booking.com no real reason for the price they charge.

pool and spa was closed but they knew ahead of time it would be closed since they are renovating the hotel

late check-in after 1am but manager had fallen asleep at the desk when i had issues about wifi

super friendly staff, facilities (gym, camping fire pit, snack lounge,,) and clean bedroom

staff here went above and beyond accommodating my husband and i for an early check in when they had sold out

the ac unit was loud when it was on. broken gym equipment.

super comfy bed with all we needed in kitchen & bathroom

it's not a luxury hotel, no room service, etc

room was pet friendly, we had to get a swifter and clean before, some rooms need to be no pets allowed,

free in room internet, breakfast and parking are always a bonus

they are totally pet friendly

does not seem like the gym is looked after, cleaned or tidied up

the bar/restaurant in the hotel had a nice vibe and the food was pretty good

lastly, the front desk design is also very strange, it looks more like an chef s open kitchen, and people
