customer service from the parking attendant to the front desk folks, to the housekeepers, the spa staff, everyone

year we forget to make reservations for the fourth of july at the spa and wish they would book additional staff

enjoyed the spa and the friendly staff

spa was closed due to covid 19 not the ritz fault

no slippers in the room when there is a spa so you have to walk down bare feet

there are only three parking spots in front of the inn but they give you a tag for free parking in a lot only

the tavern was very quaint. breakfast in the morning was excellent.

we did not get breakfast bec we had to leave before 6 am to catch a flight!
