so easy to find and it has such an interesting history- the spa was amazing - so warm and just right for me

rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable

the room was spacious enough for a family of four and breakfast was excellent

i have been visiting mercure haydock for 2 years but only for the spa facilities

robes would be nice,just for going from your room to the spa x

we chose the georgian house hotel for a mini spa break because my grandad passed away last month and i've been

the walk from my room to spa but i'm just lazy ud83eudd23

only thing was the spa and swimming facilities were not in use which was a shame.

also the spa had very good saunas and the pool was great too, enjoyed our stay very much

its a shame the pool and spa is still closed, that's the only negative i can say

little disappointed with charge for gym/,spa etc. bathroom a little small and dated

noisy with the rooms being directly above the bar and restaurant but did quiet down after all was closed up

lack of laundry service - fortunately there were a couple of laundry companies in the area

in, car park free for guests , great room ,extremely comfy bed, awesome function room , top breakfast

the guests were constantly coming into the public area with kids running about & screaming lots of shouting

the price of room service.

hotel is struggling a little at the moment and there isn t a spa or a restaurant

access to spa was by going outside, sauna not so hot, jacuzzi broken.

sunday roast, the waitress or manager was fantastic, i love all the staff including the spa receptionist and

room superb, upgraded. friends had standard room - amazing too. staff very attentive, spa superb

the pool spa gym steam rooms where excellent not overcrowded just perfect

friendly staff especially in the spa and reception. parking great and nice food.

paying each time i used the pool and spa didn't make it clear enough at reception

room was near the spa and there was a slight smell of chlorine, but perfectly acceptable.

it is amazing to have access to the pool and gym spa which is beautifully kept

the spa is a good option to have but it needs more maintenance in the changing rooms.

we did not smoke in the room, we are 40 odd year old farts enjoying a night away from our kids and work, we

comfortable spacious room with tea/coffee and shortbread

the spa makes it and the grounds are lovely

every moment, cosy and warm room, big bath and shower, the views and the spa facilities where fab too

the spa is only a 2minutr walk away and it's very nice!

spa was well worth a visit after a long journey was great facilities and very relaxing
