freindly and helpful staff . cosy room . loverly grounds and the spa and pool are really good

if you're going to the ao arena, we didnt use the gym or pool but we said we will return for a spa day/overnight

junior suite was spacious, clean and aesthetically pleasing

was gutted the roof top bar wasn t finish but next time we go hopefully that will be open

the family room is exceptional (had it all to myself), gym was great and well equipped (and open 24h, for the

weekend and we didn t even get to experience a lot of what the hotel has to offer like the bars/gym etc

what a wonderful hotel in the heart of manchester, we came with our kids we loved how quirky and fun the hotel

location, you couldn t ask for more it s an affordable hidden gem, i mean it s a spa resort after all,

horrible except of that cold rooms ano no room service

if they returned the swimming pool/hottub there would be nothing to dislike

had netflix etc on there but wouldn’t let us connect to them……would have been handy as had kids with us
