staff were amazing and helpful, great bar menu and drinks all reasonably priced

there was no desk for me to work in the evening and the wifi wasn t great

being a pub/hotel, the bar ran out of several key ingredients for a cocktail, which was disappointing as this

only booked a standard single, but it was spacious and comfortable and had everything needed

simply upset the spa sauna advertised was not available, although they had indicators with sauna and the pool

water sampling in a public space for a gym/spa should be tested daily, (at most weekly) i suggested that the

as we were away from the hotel at an event and didn't have time to use other facilities like the spa and restaurant

get yourself into the spa even if it's for a swim or to sit in the hot tub

the outdoor spa was really relaxing

there is any criticism, it would be the spa facilities

were spacious, comfortable and clean the food was excellent, and the manor lounge/bar lounge was great
