spa rooms are perfect for a parents get-a-way from the kids

excellent customer service. clean pool & spa mostly good breakfast- many choices

wanted to go swimming but the pool and hot spa looked murky and uninviting

room was way too hectic to eat in there-- nowhere to sit, kids running everywhere and screaming

our room was to near the kitchen. water in shower was much to hot .

the spa tub is falling apart and the bed is very very outdated and uncomfortable

the spa tub was great - although i had to clean it.

love staying at this hotel however it states that there s a game room, a pool and a spa, however, there is no

pool and spa closed, ran out of food at breakfast

my husband and i went to the pool and spa at 9:30 at night there was a young couple had a speaker hooked up to

my room was not made up the first morning and the pool/spa was out of commission.

he have laundry machine in the ground floor plenty barking areas the fitness center and spa was

bed was hard the spa tub i thought would be bigger.

issue with our jetted spa tub in room but was able to clear up on first night

spa tub had dead skin coming out the jet so i ever used it that was the reason for booking

paid 250% for a spa tub room and the tub just spit out black gross stuff from the jets

friendly front desk staff, excellent breakfast, excellent lounge area with fireplace, the room is well equipped

rooms are huge- lounge area with a couch and tv, full kitchen, and a separate bedroom and bathroom

and parking availability was excellent, it was also very nice and quiet in it's location

booked this hotel for family getaway but my kids was unable to use the swimming pool and room wasn't clean daily

excellent hotel, the only downfall was the whirlpool spa was not working.

also there is a plaza attached to the hotel parking lot which has a liquor store, a cafe, a chinese restaurant

stay at this hotel every time we come to visit our kids

grab n go offered a pretty good variety. pool was open and spa was great. close to i-90.

disappointed about the spa not working

pool spa area closed 4 days. no hot tub even tho it was advertised no trash daily cleaning

we asked for a new beddings to make sure we are using a new one since our kids have a very sensitive skin

she got us checked in quickly and gave us great information on breakfast, pool hours & directions to the elevator

we did not have time to use the indoor pool but it looked very nice

swimming pool could have been a bit bigger and a jacuzzi would have been nice :)

he loved it here and also my grand kids i would definitely stay here again they also loved the pool
